We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products.  If you are having trouble with one of our products and would like to reach us directly, please email support@brio4life.com with the details.

Standard shipping

  • The majority of our standard shipments are fulfilled by FedEx and shipping time is 4-7 days.  
  • If multiple products are ordered they may ship separately.
  • If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Brio Product Group will refund your order less the shipping fees.  You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.
  • Because Brio Product Group uses outside services to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping speeds.

    If you need to recycle a non-working product with an internal battery, please find your nearest drop off location at e-stewards.org  Click "Find a recycler" in the upper right and then add your zip code.
