• Let your battery drain!  Charge your SmartClean when there is only one green battery indicator bar illuminated.   Let it charge for 12-24 hours and then remove it from power.  This will extend the life of the battery.
• If you like to use your charging base as a toothbrush stand, just unplug the charging base from the wall.
• Thoroughly rinse your brush head and bristles after each use.  Towel dry and remove excess water after rinsing.
• Occasionally remove your brush head to clean the handle and head separately under running water.   Use caution not to fully submerge the brush handle.
• Make sure to unplug the charging unit before cleaning it.
• The charging unit should only be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth, never submerge the charging unit or hold it under running water.

1. What happens if I cancel my subscription(s)?
   1. You lose out on your lifetime warranty!  If you have an active subscription with Brio/Ollie, you’ll receive a lifetime warranty on the SmartClean toothbrush.
2. How long does the SmartClean battery last between charging?
   1. You can charge the SmartClean when the toothbrush is low on battery life or when the battery has run out. Typically, we see 4-6 weeks of use between the need to charge the SmartClean.
3. What is the warranty on the SmartClean?
   1. All our Brio Products are supported by a commitment to our customers through our warranty. We believe so strongly in all our products, including the SmartClean.   We provide customers with a 2-year warranty. Want a longer warranty? We have you covered. Join our subscription brush head program and your SmartClean is covered for the time you are enrolled.
4. How often should I change my SmartClean brush head?
   1. As is common with a manual brush, bristles and brush heads will wear out. We suggest that a brush head should last 2-3 months, depending on personal use. We make this easy to remember with our automated shipment system in which you can request brush heads be shipped on your timeline without worry or wonder.
5. What is the automated shipping program?
   1. To make it easier on our customers, we offer a program where your desired brush head will be shipped directly to your home without missing a beat. When you enroll in our automatic renewal your brush heads will arrive to your home without having to leave your home or make another order. Even better? You save! All customers on our brush head renewal program save 15% for the lifetime of their subscription, not to mention an unlimited warranty to the SmartClean toothbrush!
6. How many brush heads are available for the SmartClean?
   1. We offer four different brush heads to fit our brush. You will notice we include a trial package with your initial order which includes our 3 most popular heads. We recently added a new brush head, the Micro, available for purchase on its own or in our subscription program.
7. What are the brush heads?
   1. Our SmartClean is our original brush head. Its softer bristles make it popular for many of our customers. These brush heads are soft enough to be gentle on the gums but still get the job of cleaning your teeth done!
   2. Our ProClean head is a small brush head with a greater concentration of bristles.  It provides a super deep clean especially along the gum line.
   3. The XClean is our largest brush head and one of the largest heads available for sonic brushes. The larger size and crisscross pattern leaves your mouth and gums with a refreshing clean.
   4. The Micro head is our newest addition to our lineup of brush heads. The smallest brush head we offer also has the smallest head. It is great for kids and also for an adult looking for softer, gentler brushing on their teeth and gums.

Ollie Fresh Mint toothpaste is specially formulated to whiten your teeth AND fight cavities without sensitivity issues!  With ingredients like coconut oil and hydroxyapatite, this toothpaste contains all the right ingredients for your mouth.  Our 4oz tube was designed to last 3 months so if you have two people using the toothpaste, it's best to order 2.
